We are looking for a Full-Time Front Desk Agent who enjoys helping people, stays calm under pressure, and takes pride in creating memorable guest experiences. This role is ideal for someone with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for hospitality. We are specifically seeking candidates with night and weekend availability . What You'll Do Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality Handle check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests efficiently and accurately Answer phones, assist with reservations, and provide local recommendations Resolve guest concerns with empathy and professionalism Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams Help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk and lobby environment Recognize and appreciate IHG One Rewards members and loyal guests Assist with light market sales, guest amenities, and hotel information Support team members and contribute to a positive work culture What We're Looking For Friendly, dependable, and hospitality-minded personality Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Professional appearance and positive attitude Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred, but not required Computer and phone skills preferred Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Why Join Our Team?
