Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking energetic and dedicated Hotel Front Desk Agents for our dynamic hospitality team, specifically covering 2nd and 3rd shifts. In this vital role, you will be the welcoming face of our hotel, ensuring seamless guest check-ins and check-outs, providing exceptional customer service, and managing guest inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm. Your proactive approach will help create memorable experiences for our guests while maintaining smooth front desk operations. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and smooth check-in/check-out process Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints with professionalism, problem-solving skills, and a friendly attitude Manage reservations using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms, including modifications and cancellations Maintain accurate records of guest information, billing details, and room assignments while adhering to hotel policies Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams to ensure guest needs are met promptly and efficiently Conduct night audits when applicable, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy Follow hotel emergency procedures diligently to ensure guest safety at all times Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within hotels or resorts is highly preferred Proficiency with hotel management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or similar platforms Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and guest relations best practices Experience working night shifts in a hospitality setting is advantageous Familiarity with hospitality reservation systems and property management software (PMS) is essential Demonstrated ability to handle customer service challenges with professionalism and tact Join our team to deliver outstanding guest experiences while advancing your career in the vibrant world of hospitality!
Pay:
From $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 35.0 per week
