Job Description

Overview The Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing exceptional guest service by assisting guests with check-in, check-out, and inquiries while maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere. This position plays a key role in ensuring guest satisfaction and smooth front desk operations during the evening shift from 4 PM to 12 AM.

Long-Term Thinking Excellence in Execution Attitude is Everything Develop Create People Serve our team members first so they can, in turn, serve our guests and community Responsibilities Essential Responsibilities & Duties Greet and register guests and owners promptly, ensuring a welcoming and efficient check-in/check-out experience Verify all reservation details at check-in, including guest information, payment method, and departure date Coordinate guest service requests with housekeeping, bell services, and reservations teams Communicate room status updates (checkouts, late checkouts, early check-ins) to housekeeping in a timely manner Handle cash, credit card, and traveler's check transactions in accordance with established procedures Maintain accurate records, files, and guest information while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with policies Provide information about room types, rates, resort amenities, and local attractions Answer incoming calls using proper telephone etiquette and company standards Utilize the property management system to manage reservations and guest accounts Stay informed on group functions, including event locations, schedules, and services offered Follow all safety and security procedures; report any incidents, unsafe conditions, or suspicious activity Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding issues, guest concerns, or operational updates Deliver high-quality customer service in a fast-paced hospitality environment Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-service environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to stand for extended periods of time Willingness to work flexible schedules, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays Basic computer proficiency; familiarity with Microsoft Office preferred Ability to handle cash and perform basic financial transactions accurately Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-service environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to stand for extended periods of time Willingness to work flexible schedules, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays Basic computer proficiency; familiarity with Microsoft Office preferred Ability to handle cash and perform basic financial transactions accurately Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
