Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Front Desk Agent to be the welcoming face of our hospitality team. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring they receive exceptional customer service from check-in to check-out. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will create a positive atmosphere, setting the tone for a memorable guest experience. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality management skills, multi-task efficiently, and contribute to a vibrant resort environment. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and efficient check-in and check-out services. Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries and directing calls appropriately. Handle guest requests, complaints, and inquiries with patience and proactive solutions to ensure satisfaction. Maintain accurate reservation records, room assignments, and billing information using hotel management software. Assist with guest relations by providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services. Support night audit procedures by reconciling accounts, preparing reports, and ensuring financial accuracy overnight. Uphold excellent phone etiquette and guest service standards at all times to foster a welcoming environment. Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations. Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse clientele effectively. Knowledge of hotel management systems and proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems. Previous experience with night audit procedures is a plus. Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest interaction techniques. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
