Full Job Description Do you love working with people, creating a welcoming environment, and being part of a fun, energetic team? Burn Boot Camp New Hudson is looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Front Desk & Member Experience Associate to be one of the first faces our members and guests see when they walk through the door. This role is all about creating an exceptional experience at the gym. You'll welcome members by name, help keep the front desk and gym organized, follow up with prospective members, assist with social media and support the day-to-day needs of our team.

SHIFTS AVAILABLE

Early AM (4:45am-7:00/8:30am) MID AM (7:00/8:30am-12:00pm) PM (4:00pm-8:00pm) 1-2 Saturday mornings/month (6:45am-10:15am) Must be available for a minimum of 2 shifts/week Our work environment includes: Flexible working hours Paid On-the-job training Discount on merchandise/apparel Complimentary Burn Boot Camp Membership available, pending eligibility We're looking for someone who is personable, organized, takes initiative, and enjoys building relationships . You'll work closely with our trainers, Childwatch team, and leadership to help create a gym environment where people feel welcomed, supported, and excited to come back.

Comfortable with sales:

You're not afraid to have conversations about memberships, retail, and nutrition and are motivated to help people find the right fit at Burn.

Reliable and organized:

You communicate clearly, stay on top of your responsibilities, and can manage multiple tasks in a busy gym environment.

Experience is a plus:

Previous customer service, sales, retail, fitness, or hospitality experience is helpful, but we're most interested in your personality, work ethic, and ability to connect with people.
