This role is so much more than "front desk." You are the first face our members see when they walk through our doors, setting the tone for their entire experience. From welcoming members by name with high fives, to encouraging someone who's just starting their fitness journey, you play a huge part in helping people take that next step (or first step!) toward becoming their strongest, most confident selves. In this role, you'll: Create an incredible first impression for every member and guest Build relationships and connect with our community Follow up with leads and make phone calls to help people get started Keep our gym clean, organized, and running smoothly Capture moments and help create an uplifting, motivating environment We're looking for someone who is: High energy and genuinely loves people Welcoming, positive, and reliable Comfortable communicating over the phone and in person Detail-oriented and takes pride in a clean, organized space Excited to be part of a team that changes lives Available shifts include:

Mornings:

7:00 AM•11:00

AM Afternoons:

4:00 PM•7:45

PM Rotating Saturdays:

6:45 AM•10:30
