Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Front Desk Night Audit! This vital role ensures the smooth operation of our hotel during overnight hours, providing exceptional guest services while meticulously auditing daily financial transactions. As a night audit professional, you will be the first point of contact for guests arriving or departing during the night shift, ensuring their experience is seamless and memorable. Responsibilities Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere Conduct nightly audits of all financial transactions, including room charges, payments, and reservations to ensure accuracy Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing information and support to guests and staff Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a positive attitude, delivering exceptional customer service Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance and performing routine safety checks of the property Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to ensure smooth handovers between shifts Support front desk operations by managing reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently Qualifications Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality management roles, especially in front desk or night audit positions Strong knowledge of hotel operations, guest services, and customer relations strategies Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance guest interactions across diverse populations Excellent phone etiquette skills with experience managing multi-line phone systems Familiarity with hotel management software and point-of-sale systems preferred Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to perform accurate audits and recordkeeping Ability to work overnight shifts in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and energy Embark on a rewarding career where your enthusiasm for hospitality makes a difference!
