We are looking to add some friendly team members to our staff for the 2026 Season to help us maintain our facilities and create great guest experience for our campers! Candidates must be able to work weekends as part of their regular schedule. Guest Services Representative Greetings and welcome guests. Handle questions, comments, suggestions, and complaints and relay information to the Campground Manager. Register guests into the campground by verifying information and taking payments. Educate guests and visitors on campground rules and policies. Perform general administrative duties such as answering the phone, copying, and filing. Perform shift opening and closing duties as assigned. Keep the store stocked and tidy. Perform campground store sales by operating a cash register and processing cash and credit transactions. Maintain guest records, reports, and files. Help organize and facilitate children's activities. Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Must be 16 years or older to join Guest Services & Housekeeping Staff. Previous experience preferred but not required for any position. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays during our peak camping season (May 24th-September 2nd). Why Join Us? Season End Bonus!
