A Hotel Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests by handling check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, answering inquiries, and ensuring a positive guest experience throughout their stay. Key Responsibilities Welcome guests and provide a friendly, professional first impression. Check guests in and out efficiently. Process reservations, cancellations, and room changes. Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries. Handle guest requests, complaints, and concerns promptly. Maintain accurate guest records and billing information. Process payments and issue receipts. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments regarding room status and guest needs. Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and transportation options. Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area. Required Skills and Qualifications Previous customer service or hospitality experience is mandatory. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer proficiency and experience with hotel management software. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays. Working Conditions Standing for extended periods.
