Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression with excellent phone etiquette and guest relations. Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently to handle reservations, inquiries, and guest requests with professionalism. Check guests in and out accurately, processing payments and verifying reservations using hotel management software. Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences. Address guest concerns promptly, demonstrating strong customer service skills to resolve issues effectively. Maintain security protocols at the front desk, including monitoring access points and conducting guest identification checks. Experience Strong background in hospitality management, customer service, or guest services roles. Cash handling, previous POS systems preferred Experience handling resolutions is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided if needed. Strong computer skills Excellent communication skills coupled with a professional demeanor are essential for success in this energetic role.
