Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to be the welcoming face of our hospitality establishment. In this vital role, you will manage guest check-ins and check-outs, provide exceptional guest services, and ensure smooth daily operations at the front desk. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression. Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience, empathy, and proactive solutions to enhance their experience. Maintain accurate reservation records, process payments, and update guest information in the hotel management system. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met promptly. Answer incoming calls with proper phone etiquette, directing inquiries to appropriate departments or personnel. Assist with night audit procedures when scheduled, balancing accounts and preparing reports for management review. Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations preferred; hotel experience is highly valued. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and strong communication abilities. Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus, enabling effective communication with diverse guests. Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and front desk technology is essential. Knowledge of guest relations practices and hotel management principles to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Ability to handle night audit procedures confidently when required, demonstrating attention to detail. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
