Hotel Front Desk Agent responsibilities include registering guests, managing reservations and providing information about rooms, rates and amenities. If you enjoy customer service and have work experience in the hotel industry, we would like to meet you. Responsibilities Perform all check-in and check-out tasks Manage online and phone reservations Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities Communicate with housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are ready to accommodate guest needs Maintain updated records of bookings and payments Education and Experience Minimum of 1 year in Hotel Front Desk or other Service Experience Minimum of High School education, Post-High School education preferred
