Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Desk Agent to be the welcoming face of our organization. Responsibilities Greet visitors, clients, and vendors with enthusiasm and professionalism, ensuring a warm and positive experience. Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and courteously while maintaining excellent phone etiquette. Handle front desk duties including checking in guests, scheduling appointments, and managing visitor logs. Support office management tasks such as filing, data entry, proofreading documents, and maintaining organized records. Utilize computer skills to update databases, manage calendars, and perform data entry using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools. Assist with clerical responsibilities like photocopying, faxing, mailing, and managing office supplies inventory. Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally while maintaining a friendly demeanor at all times. Qualifications Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong clerical skills. Excellent customer service abilities with a focus on professionalism and patience. Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry software. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs. Experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette is essential. Knowledge of office procedures such as filing, proofreading, calendar management, and record keeping. Previous experience as a receptionist or personal assistant is preferred; familiarity with medical or dental receptionist duties is a plus. Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while demonstrating excellent time management skills.
