The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills and a passion for hospitality, as you will be responsible for managing guest relations and facilitating their experience from check-in to check-out. Duties Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor. Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring all guest information is accurately recorded. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally. Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests effectively. Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls and provide information as needed. Assist with night audit tasks as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately processed. Collaborate with other departments to enhance the guest experience and ensure smooth operations. Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area. Skills Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Previous experience in hospitality or hotel environments is preferred. Familiarity with front desk operations, including night audit procedures. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in using phone systems and basic computer applications related to hotel management. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. A positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding guest services.
