Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a welcoming first impression that reflects our commitment to hospitality excellence Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest needs promptly and accurately Maintain detailed guest records and reservations while adhering to privacy policies and data security standards Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services in multiple languages to accommodate diverse guests Qualifications Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a resort or hotel setting Strong customer service skills with a passion for creating positive guest experiences Knowledge of hospitality management principles, including night audit procedures and guest relations best practices Excellent phone etiquette and ability to operate multi-line phone systems confidently Familiarity with hotel experience systems, reservation platforms, and front desk technology tools Ability to remain energetic, attentive, and professional during busy shifts while managing multiple tasks simultaneously This position will be scheduled all shifts, and must have weekend availability.
