Job Description
Evergreen Lodge, a newly renovated 41-room hotel in Trout Lake, Michigan, is seeking a friendly and dependable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team as we prepare to welcome guests. Responsibilities include greeting guests, checking guests in and out, answering and directing phone calls, making and modifying reservations, processing payments, responding to guest inquiries, providing information about hotel services and local attractions, maintaining guest records, handling basic administrative tasks, and assisting with guest requests to ensure a positive guest experience. The Front Desk Receptionist will help maintain a professional, welcoming atmosphere while providing excellent customer service and supporting daily hotel operations.
