Job Description

Hotel Front Desk Clerk, Experience where you will be the welcoming face of our hotel, ensuring every guest experiences exceptional service from check-in to check-out. This energetic role requires a proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for hospitality management. You will handle guest inquiries, manage reservations, and coordinate with various hotel departments to deliver seamless guest experiences. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will set the tone for our guests' stay, making their visit memorable and enjoyable. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing outstanding customer service and assistance throughout their stay Manage reservations using Synxis hotel management software, ensuring accuracy and efficiency Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing information and directing calls appropriately Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, including processing payments and verifying identification Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues in accordance with hotel emergency procedures Maintain detailed records of guest interactions, complaints, and special requests to enhance guest relations Uphold phone etiquette standards and ensure all communication reflects the hotel's welcoming atmosphere Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams to address guest needs swiftly Experience Previous hotel experience or hospitality management background preferred but not required; training provided for the right candidate Knowledge of hotel procedures and guest relations best practices essential for safety and service excellence Experience working in Hotel environments or with hospitality management systems enhances your ability to excel in this role Strong customer service skills combined with a positive attitude to create memorable guest experiences Join us in delivering top-tier hospitality by creating welcoming environments that make every guest feel valued.
