This position is ideal for candidates with hotel front desk, customer service, receptionist, hospitality, or guest service experience. The Front Desk Agent serves as the first point of contact for hotel guests and plays a key role in creating a welcoming, professional, and memorable guest experience.

IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS

➡ Must have OPEN availability all 7 days of the week ➡ Must be able to work ALL shifts, including weekends and holidays ➡ Must be flexible and dependable with scheduling

Available Shifts Day Shift:

7:00 AM•3:00

PM Afternoon Shift:

3:00 PM•11:00

PM Overnight Shift:

11:00 PM•7:00 AM Responsibilities Perform guest check-in and check-out procedures Manage hotel reservations by phone, online, and in person Answer guest questions regarding hotel amenities, services, and local attractions Handle guest requests, concerns, and complaints professionally Process payments and verify credit card information Assign guest rooms and maintain accurate reservation records Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments Assist with group reservations and special guest requests Upsell hotel rooms, upgrades, and additional services when appropriate Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area Follow hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards Qualifications Previous hotel front desk, hospitality, customer service, or receptionist experience preferred Experience with hotel property management systems such as Opera PMS preferred Strong communication and multitasking skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable transportation and strong attendance required Basic computer and phone skills required What We're Looking For We are looking for team members who are: Friendly and outgoing Reliable and punctual Professional under pressure Comfortable working independently Able to provide excellent customer service to every guest Join our team and help create exceptional guest experiences every day.
