Part-Time Position Summary We are seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Part-Time Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, assist guests with their needs, and help ensure a smooth and pleasant experience from check-in to check-out. Applicants must be available to work either the 7:00 AM-3:00 PM shift or the 3:00 PM-11:00 PM shift. Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed is required. Key Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide professional, courteous customer service. Complete guest check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently. Answer phone calls, respond to guest inquiries, and assist with reservations. Process payments, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate guest accounts. Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and management. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area. Follow hotel policies, procedures, and safety guidelines. Assist with other front desk duties as assigned by management. Qualifications and Requirements Excellent customer service and communication skills. Friendly, professional attitude and a welcoming personality. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic computer skills and the ability to learn hotel management software. Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment. Dependability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic. Previous hotel or front desk experience is preferred but not required. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Required Availability Applicants must be able to work at least one of the following shifts:

Morning Shift:

7:00 AM - 3:00

PM Evening Shift:

3:00 PM - 11:00 PM Weekend and holiday availability may be required based on business needs.
