Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and friendly Part-Time Front Desk Associate for 3rd shift Night Audit to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. Your positive attitude, organizational skills, and ability to multitask will ensure the smooth operation of our front office environment. Responsibilities Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately, ensuring a positive first impression Answer and route multiple-line phone systems efficiently with professionalism and courtesy Assist with clerical duties such as copying, scanning, and organizing files to keep the front desk area tidy and efficient Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and courteously, both in person and over the phone Skills Proven experience in front desk or office administration roles with strong organizational skills Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools Excellent phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems. Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effective. Strong typing skills with attention to detail for data entry, proofreading, and document management Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently with excellent time management skills Previous hotel or administrative support experience is a plus.
