We are seeking a confident and outgoing Front Desk Specialist to work various shifts from07:30 PM to as late as 06:30 PM Monday - Thursday and until 05:00 PM Friday. (ending hours may vary). No weekends. This position may be in our Andover, Ham Lake, St. Francis, Isanti, and Zimmerman Physical Therapy Clinics. Physical Therapy Consultants (PTC) is looking for a person that is professional, a team player, and has a strong interest in community involvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet patients warmly and professionally, creating a welcoming environment Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and patient check-ins Collect co-payments and process financial transactions Ensure accurate and timely data entry and patient record maintenance Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized front desk and lobby area Support internal marketing and patient outreach efforts Perform other administrative or support duties as assigned

Qualifications:

High school diploma or currently enrolled in high school or college Prior experience in a medical or customer service setting is a plus, but not required Excellent communication skills with a professional and positive attitude Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Passion for community involvement and delivering excellent service Why Join Us?
