Your Role as a Front Desk Agent As a Front Desk Agent, you are the first and last impression our guests have of the hotel. Your pleasant, professional, and efficient service will be key to ensuring guest satisfaction and maintaining brand standards.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Guest Service Excellence:

Check guests in and out efficiently, cheerfully, and accurately, ensuring compliance with all standards. Practice outstanding customer service behaviors, including listening, initiative, responsiveness, and courtesy.

Operational Acumen:

Accurately process charges, complete/balance end-of-shift reports, and ensure a smooth handover to the next shift. Observe safe cash handling procedures for all transactions.

Communication & Collaboration:

Demonstrate strong communication skills to ensure optimum coordination between shifts, departments, and management. Show positive team spirit by assisting colleagues as needed.

Knowledge & Organization:

Know the hotel's rates, amenities, and features. Operate the telephone switchboard professionally, handle reservations accurately, and help maintain a clean and organized lobby and front desk area.

Support:

Assist with maintaining the breakfast area by keeping items stocked, clean, and organized.
