This energetic role involves delivering exceptional guest services, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will create memorable experiences that keep guests returning. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional check-in experience Manage guest reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently using hotel management software Handle guest inquiries via phone and in person with excellent phone etiquette and multitasking skills on multi-line phone systems Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest satisfaction Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled promptly Conduct night audits to reconcile daily financial transactions and ensure accuracy of records Maintain guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive stay for all visitors Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs in a courteous manner Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our diverse clientele effectively Knowledge of hotel management systems and reservation software is preferred Excellent communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette and guest interaction Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Previous hotel experience or resort background is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate Embark on a rewarding career where your hospitality expertise makes a difference!
