Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a positive first impression and assisting with check-in and check-out procedures using property management systems such as ChoiceAdvantage or similar platforms Handle guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems, offering information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and special requests with professionalism and courtesy Manage reservations efficiently through hospitality reservation systems, ensuring accuracy and accommodating special requests or changes Maintain guest relations by resolving issues promptly, applying customer service problem-solving techniques to enhance guest experiences Conduct night audit procedures when applicable, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy at the end of each shift Follow hotel emergency procedures confidently to ensure guest safety during incidents or emergencies Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams to deliver seamless service and uphold hotel standards Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or front desk operations preferred; hotel experience is highly valued Proficiency with property management systems (PMS) such as ChoiceAdvantage, Word, Excel or comparable platforms Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a strong plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and client communication Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols necessary for maintaining a secure environment Experience working with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette to handle high-volume calls efficiently Resort or hotel experience that demonstrates adaptability in a hospitality setting is advantageous Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality experiences.
