Responsibilities Welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression through friendly and professional interactions Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences Manage guest requests, resolve issues promptly, and maintain high standards of customer service at all times Maintain excellent phone etiquette while managing multiple lines, directing calls appropriately, and addressing inquiries Support guest relations by addressing concerns proactively and ensuring their stay exceeds expectations Perform laundry duties, sorting folding, stocking Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations with a strong focus on customer service Knowledge of hotel management systems, night audit procedures, and front desk operations preferred Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle phone etiquette professionally in a fast-paced environment Prior experience working in resorts or similar hospitality settings is advantageous Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in guest services and administrative tasks Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Join us to be part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality experiences. $16.00 per hour
