The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, hospitality management experience, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently. Bilingual abilities and hotel management knowledge are highly valued to enhance guest relations and streamline front desk operations. Duties Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests promptly Maintain accurate records of guest information using hotel management software Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction Perform night audit procedures as needed to reconcile daily transactions Uphold excellent phone etiquette and guest relations standards at all times Assist with administrative tasks related to front desk operations Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures to maintain a safe environment Qualifications Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations preferred Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse clientele effectively Knowledge of hotel management systems and front desk software preferred Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for a resort or hotel setting Experience with night audit procedures is desirable but not required Hospitality or hotel experience is highly valued but not mandatory for entry-level candidates Experience in choice advantage system will be a plus Join our team as a Front Desk Agent to deliver memorable guest experiences while advancing your career in the hospitality industry.
