Job Description

As a Front Desk Agent, you are the direct representation of our hotel. You will handle transactions, offer local insights, and anticipate guest needs to ensure a "friction-free" and warm experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Advocacy:
Act as a reliable resource for guest preferences, bill issues, and local knowledge.
Transactions:
Handle cash and credit transactions accurately; manage reservations and deposits.
Communication:
Answer phones within two rings; acknowledge Rewards Club and returning guests.
Safety & Cleanliness:
Follow safety procedures, report incidents, and assist in keeping the property tidy.
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old with a High School Diploma/GED. Valid Driver's License required. 1 year of front desk experience (preferred); Opera experience (preferred). Tech-savvy with basic math and problem-solving skills. Physical ability to run, climb stairs, and lift.

Must be able to provide documentation for Form I-9 to verify identity and employment authorization. Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check and/or drug screening. Must have a bank account for direct deposit.
