Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a positive first impression of the property Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and a solutions-oriented attitude Assist with reservations, cancellations, and modifications to ensure accuracy and guest satisfaction Maintain excellent phone etiquette when communicating with guests, vendors, and staff across multi-line systems Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met promptly Qualifications Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a hospitality environment Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is preferred Experience with night audit procedures or hotel night shift operations is a plus Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest relations expertise Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting Join us in delivering outstanding hospitality experiences!
