Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor to join our team. In this vital role, you will deliver exceptional guest services during overnight shifts, manage front desk operations, and ensure accurate financial and operational record-keeping. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create memorable experiences for our guests while maintaining smooth hotel operations. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide outstanding customer service throughout their stay Check guests in and out efficiently, handling reservations, billing, and payment processing Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries promptly and courteously Conduct night audit procedures by reconciling daily financial transactions and preparing reports Address guest needs, questions, and concerns with a positive attitude, ensuring guest satisfaction Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, adhering to hygiene and safety standards Support guest relations by providing local information, amenities details, and resolving issues promptly Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations Bilingual or multilingual abilities to serve diverse guest populations effectively Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and night audit procedures Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Familiarity with phone etiquette and multi-line phone systems Knowledge of resort or hotel environments with a focus on guest relations and hospitality standards Ability to handle stressful situations calmly while maintaining professionalism Join us to be part of a dynamic team that values your enthusiasm and dedication.
