Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Front Desk Agent to be the welcoming face of our hospitality team. In this vital role, you will create a positive first impression for our guests by providing exceptional customer service, managing guest check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression. Manage all aspects of guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using hotel management software. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience, empathy, and proactive solutions. Operate multi-line phone systems to answer reservations, inquiries, and coordinate guest services promptly. Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details. Assist with night audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions and ensure data accuracy. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest needs swiftly. Promote hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience. Uphold phone etiquette standards and ensure excellent customer service at all times. Support guest relations efforts by creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages positive reviews and repeat business. Transporting Guest to designated destination in the Hotel Shuttle Van Must have open availability. This will be primarily 3p-11p or 4p-12p shifts. Weekends are also required. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our diverse clientele effectively. Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is essential. Previous experience with night audit procedures is a plus. Excellent communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette and guest interactions. Ability to remain energetic, attentive, and organized in a dynamic environment. Hospitality experience is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is key!
