This role is essential in ensuring that our front desk operations run smoothly and efficiently, providing exceptional customer service to our guests. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to foster positive guest relations. Duties Assist in managing daily front office operations, including overseeing front desk staff and ensuring high standards of guest service. Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently while addressing any inquiries or concerns. Support the Night Audit process by reviewing daily transactions and ensuring accuracy in reporting, as needed. Train and mentor front desk personnel to enhance their skills in customer service and guest relations. Maintain effective communication with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Manage phone systems effectively, responding promptly to calls and directing them as necessary. Assist with resolving guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally. Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Requirements Previous experience in a front desk, guest services , or hospitality industry role, and/or education in hospitality management. Strong customer service skills with a focus on enhancing guest experiences. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in phone systems. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills. Knowledge of hotel operations is a plus.
