• We are looking for a positive, friendly person to help give our travelers from all over the world a fantastic experience while they are in Springfield! If you have a passion for providing exceptional guest service and enjoy working in a dynamic hospitality environment, we would love to hear from you. Some of the job duties are:
• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
• Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Process reservations and manage room assignments
• Maintain accurate guest records and ensure confidentiality of personal information
• Operate phone systems and handle incoming calls with proper phone etiquette
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
• Assist in resolving any issues or concerns that may arise during a guest's stay
• Requirements
• Must have evening availability
• Previous experience in hospitality preferred, but willing to train the right person
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
• Proficient in using computer systems and software for reservations and guest services
• Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options
