Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and reliable Front Desk Clerk to join our hotel team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm welcome and excellent customer service. You will handle check-ins and check-outs, manage reservations, answer questions, and help resolve guest concerns. You will also work closely with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a friendly, professional check-in and check-out experience Manage guest reservations, cancellations, and modifications using hotel management software. Run the end-of-day (night audit) process. Handle room assignments, payments, and billing accurately Answer phone calls and respond promptly to guest questions and requests Resolve guest concerns calmly and efficiently to ensure satisfaction Monitor hotel security throughout the night. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to address room and facility needs Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions Follow all hotel policies, safety procedures, and service standards Reconcile daily transactions and prepare basic reports for management Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area Qualifications Previous front desk or hotel experience preferred (hospitality experience is a plus) Basic computer skills and comfort using hotel management systems Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Reliable, professional, and guest-focused attitude
