Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Agent. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience during their stay. Duties:

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival
• Check guests in and out, ensuring accuracy of information and payment processing
• Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly and courteously
• Assist guests with reservations, changes, and cancellations
• Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
• Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and resolve issues to ensure guest satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, transactions, and requests
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Perform night audit duties as needed

Experience:

• Previous experience in a front desk or guest service role preferred
• Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures is an asset
• Familiarity with phone systems and computerized reservation systems
• Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
