Hampton Inn & Suites is looking for a friendly, dependable, and positive team member to join our Front Desk team! We're a professional, happy, and fun team that takes pride in providing excellent service and making our guests feel welcome. What you'll do: Welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude Check guests in and out and assist with reservations Answer phones and respond to guest questions and requests Handle cash, credit card transactions, and daily front desk payments accurately Balance and maintain the cash drawer according to hotel procedures Assist guests with any needs or concerns during their stay Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area Work closely with a supportive and fun team What we're looking for: Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality Reliable and dependable Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable handling cash and financial transactions Detail-oriented and trustworthy Able to work independently and as part of a team Previous hotel or customer service experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person

Weekends Mandatory Pay:

$14.00 - $16.00 per hour
