In this vital role, you will be the welcoming face of our hotel, providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will create a warm, inviting atmosphere for all guests, making their stay memorable from the moment they arrive. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your hospitality management skills while working in a dynamic, guest-focused environment. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a positive first impression of the hotel Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries and directing calls appropriately Assist guests with reservations, room assignments, and special requests to enhance their experience Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to ensure guest satisfaction Address guest concerns promptly and courteously, escalating issues when necessary to ensure resolution Uphold high standards of phone etiquette, guest relations, and overall customer service excellence Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or front desk operations is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Familiarity with hotel software and multi-line phone systems is advantageous Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Knowledge of night audit procedures and hotel operations is a plus but not mandatory Ability to work evenings consistently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail Join us as a Part-Time Front Desk Agent and be part of a vibrant team committed to delivering outstanding hospitality experiences.
