Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team in a vibrant hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services, ensuring that each guest's experience is memorable from the moment they arrive. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for the hospitality industry. Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor. Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest information. Handle reservations and provide information about hotel amenities and services. Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction. Maintain knowledge of local attractions, events, and dining options to assist guests effectively. Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls and relay messages as needed. Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences. Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area. Experience Previous experience in a Front Desk or Guest Services role within the hospitality industry is preferred. Familiarity with hotel management software and phone systems is advantageous.
