Hotel Front Desk & Night Audit - AM Shift 7am-3pm / Sundays; Night Audit Shift relief 11pm-7am

Compensation:

$17hr. + Bonus & or DOE We're on the lookout for a friendly, detail-oriented front desk professional to join our team as a Hotel Front Desk Agent & Relief Night Auditor . The Front Desk Agent role is a key guest-facing role where you'll serve as the first point of contact for travelers, ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome and seamless service from check-in to check-out. What You'll Do:

Greet guests upon arrival and handle the check-in/check-out process efficiently Assign rooms, issue keys, and securely manage payment details Update and maintain guest records and reservation details accurately Answer phones and respond to questions about room availability, amenities, rates, and hotel services Coordinate with housekeeping to confirm room readiness for incoming guests Address and resolve guest concerns or complaints professionally and promptly Process reservations via phone, online booking platforms, and in-person requests Promote hotel services, specials, and loyalty programs

High school diploma or equivalent required Experience with hotel reservation systems and Microsoft Office tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Calm under pressure and confident handling customer concerns 1+ year of experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service preferred Strong time management, organization, and multitasking abilities Why Join Us?
