Responsibilities:

Tasks:

Registering guests. Assigning guest rooms. Taking payments at check-in and check-out. Accommodating special requests. Ensuring the Guests have a pleasant stay and a smooth check-in/check-out. Maintains an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments. Possesses a solid knowledge of the property management system. Resolves guests' complaints in a prompt and courteous manner. Ensures customer privacy is protected. Documents incidents and relevant shift information with details and appropriately. Maintains a high level of professional appearance and demeanor. Performs other duties as assigned. Answer multi-line telephone with approved greetings and direct appropriately. Familiarity with room types, hotel information, and sales skills to sell accordingly.

Experience in customer service or hospitality, ensuring guests feel valued and welcomed. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, from check-ins to handling guest inquiries. Proven track record of maintaining a professional demeanor and appearance in all interactions. Familiarity with property management systems to streamline guest registration and room assignments. Strong communication skills to effectively resolve guest complaints and accommodate special requests. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, contributing to a supportive work environment. Attention to detail in documenting incidents and shift information accurately and promptly.
