Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle various tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Experience in hospitality management or hotel operations is highly valued. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently while maintaining accuracy in guest accounts. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly, ensuring guest satisfaction. Maintain knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and events to provide guests with relevant information. Operate multi-line phone systems to manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately. Assist with night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests. Uphold high standards of guest relations and hospitality throughout the hotel experience. Skills Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Experience in hospitality management or hotel management preferred. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests. Proficient in front desk operations, including familiarity with multi-line phone systems. Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication with guests and team members. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a busy environment. Previous experience in guest services or resort settings is advantageous.
