Job Description
We are seeking a personable and detail-oriented professional to join our guest services team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, helping create a welcoming and efficient experience from check-in to check-out. The ideal candidate is organized, service-focused, and able to communicate clearly in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide prompt, courteous service at the front desk Handle check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently Answer guest questions, resolve concerns, and provide information about property amenities and local attractions Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications using the property management system Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate records Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to support guest needs Respond to phone calls, emails, and front desk inquiries in a professional manner Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front desk area Follow all hotel policies, safety procedures, and security protocols Qualifications Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions and reservations Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment Basic computer skills and comfort learning hotel software systems Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Preferred Attributes Friendly, approachable, and guest-focused demeanor Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities Knowledge of hospitality best practices and service standards What We Offer Opportunity to work in a welcoming and team-oriented environment Training and development to support your success Competitive compensation based on experience Potential for growth within the hospitality organization If you enjoy helping people, creating memorable guest experiences, and working in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply.
