Job Summary Join our vibrant team as a Sleep Inn Breakfast Attendant and Front Desk Representative, where your energy and hospitality skills will create memorable guest experiences from the moment they walk through our doors. In this dual role, you'll ensure our breakfast service is inviting, fresh, and well-maintained while providing friendly, efficient front desk support to our guests. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will be key in fostering a welcoming environment that keeps guests coming back. This position offers a dynamic blend of food service and customer interaction, perfect for those passionate about hospitality and service excellence. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items, ensuring quality, presentation, and food safety standards are met at all times Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including replenishing supplies and managing food handling procedures Greet guests warmly upon arrival at the front desk, providing check-in/check-out assistance with professionalism and efficiency Answer guest inquiries, address concerns promptly, and offer information about hotel amenities and local attractions to enhance their stay Manage reservations, process payments accurately, and update guest records using hotel management systems Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phones, reservation requests, and coordinating guest services as needed Uphold all food safety regulations and hospitality standards to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for guests Requirements Prior experience in food service or hospitality roles such as fine dining, catering, or banquet service is highly preferred Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that creates a positive guest experience Experience in serving, food preparation, or food handling within the food industry or restaurant environment Knowledge of dietary accommodations and food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication skills with a professional demeanor when interacting with guests and team members Previous barista or hospitality experience is a plus; familiarity with food industry standards is desirable Join us in delivering exceptional hospitality that makes every guest feel valued!
