What You'll Do Front Desk & Guest Services Welcome guests and visitors with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude. Manage guest check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently. Provide information about services, amenities, policies, and local attractions. Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests while delivering exceptional customer service. Handle reservations, appointment scheduling, and guest records as needed. Resolve guest concerns professionally and escalate complex issues when appropriate. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area. Reception & Administrative Support Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails. Maintain accurate guest information and update records in company systems. Perform data entry, filing, and general administrative duties. Process payments, receipts, and basic financial transactions when required. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to support guest needs. Customer Experience Deliver outstanding face-to-face customer service throughout every guest interaction. Build positive relationships by providing attentive, personalized service. Anticipate guest needs and offer proactive assistance whenever possible. Ensure every guest leaves with a positive impression of the organization. Team Collaboration Work closely with colleagues and management to support daily operations. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Share ideas to improve guest satisfaction and front desk efficiency. Assist with additional administrative and operational tasks as assigned. What We're Looking For Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities. Comfortable engaging with guests face to face throughout the day. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and the ability to learn reservation or property management systems. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Previous experience in front desk, receptionist, guest services, hotel, hospitality, customer service, office administration, administrative support, or retail is preferred but not required.
