Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Front Desk Associate to be the welcoming face of our hospitality team. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will create a positive first impression, setting the tone for an outstanding guest experience. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, offering personalized assistance and information about amenities and services Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries promptly and courteously Check guests in and out efficiently using hotel management software, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Handle guest requests, complaints, and special accommodations with a positive attitude and proactive solutions Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and guest preferences to enhance guest experiences Assist with night audit procedures, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy overnight Support guest relations by providing local information, directions, and resolving issues swiftly to ensure satisfaction Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is preferred Bilingual or multilingual skills highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Excellent phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems Knowledge of hotel management software and reservation systems is a plus Ability to handle night audit procedures and work flexible hours including evenings or overnight shifts Previous hotel experience or resort background is advantageous but not mandatory Join our team to deliver memorable guest experiences through energetic service, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
