Job description Exceeding Your Expectations! The Hilton Conrad Award winning, Hilton Garden Inn Charlotte Airport, is offering an exciting opportunity for a friendly, energetic, dependable, guest-focused individual to work as a Guest Service Representative who is available to work primarily Monday-Friday 7am to 3pm. Occasionally, will cover other shifts as needed.
JOB DESCRIPTION
What will I be doing? As a Guest Service Representative, you are responsible for checking in and out guests and answering phones. You will greet and deliver excellent Guest and Member experience. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: Maintaining a clean, sanitized work area at all times Able to multi task in a fast paced environment Respond to guest requests in a timely and efficient manner Answer incoming calls Create and modify reservations Greet every guests upon arrival and departure Check in and out guests utilizing a PMS system Communicate effectively with other departments Deliver Amenities to guests rooms Cash Handling Undertake regular deep cleaning tasks Be environmentally aware Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships A Guest Service Representative serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members.
