Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for guest relations. The Front Desk Agent will handle various responsibilities related to guest check-in and check-out, reservations, and overall guest satisfaction. Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor. Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently. Handle reservations and provide information about hotel services and amenities. Address guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactions. Assist with night audit duties as required. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Provide recommendations for local attractions, dining options, and activities. Uphold high standards of phone etiquette when handling calls from guests or potential customers. Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times. Experience Previous experience in the hospitality/customer service industry required. Current or prior hotel experience strongly preferred. Familiarity with front desk operations in a hotel or resort setting is a plus. Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests. Strong skills in guest relations with an emphasis on creating positive experiences. Knowledge of night audit procedures is advantageous but not mandatory. Excellent communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette and interpersonal interactions.
