Job Description
We are looking to for a Hotel Front Desk Clerk to serve as our guests' first point of contact and manage all aspects of their stay with us. We are looking for someone that enjoys customer service and can maintain a professional attitude. We are hiring for our Night Audit relief shift, 2 nights 11pm-7am and 3 evening shifts 3pm-11pm. Weekends and Holidays are required. Serious inquiries only. Responsibilities Perform all check-in and check-out tasks Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data Register guests with all correct necessary information (contact details and exact dates of stay) Welcome guest upon their arrival Able to provide information about our hotel - Room availability, rates, and amenities Confirm group reservations Maintain updated records of bookings and payments Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy, fully-furnished, and any special request to accommodate guests' needs Be able to respond to guests' complaints in a timely and professional manner Skills Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist or similar role work experience Experience with Choice Advantage reservation system Customer Service Excellent communication and multitasking skills Understanding how travel planning websites operate
