Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and welcoming Front Desk Agent to be the first point of contact for our guests. This vital role involves delivering exceptional guest services, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly with a friendly, professional demeanor, ensuring they feel welcomed upon arrival Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software Handle guest inquiries via phone and in person, providing accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services Maintain detailed records of guest reservations, cancellations, and special requests with attention to detail Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are prepared to high standards Assist with night audit procedures to reconcile daily transactions and ensure financial accuracy Uphold excellent phone etiquette while managing multiple lines, ensuring prompt and courteous communication at all times Address guest concerns promptly, demonstrating strong guest relations skills to resolve issues effectively Support hotel management in administrative tasks related to front desk operations and guest services Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse guests effectively Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences Familiarity with hotel management software and multi-line phone systems is advantageous Knowledge of hospitality industry standards, including guest relations, phone etiquette, and resort operations, is a plus Experience in night audit procedures or hotel experience enhances your ability to excel in this role Join our team as a Front Desk Agent and be part of an energetic environment dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality!
