Job Summary Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Guest Services Assistant to support daily restaurant operations and provide a welcoming experience for guests. The ideal candidate will assist with guest interactions, seating coordination, service support, and maintaining an organized front-of-house environment. Key Responsibilities Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service. Assist with seating guests and managing dining room flow. Answer questions about menu items, restaurant services, and dining options. Communicate guest requests and special needs to restaurant staff. Support servers and front-of-house team members during busy periods. Assist with reservations, waitlists, and guest information when required. Maintain clean, organized, and welcoming guest areas. Help restock menus, supplies, and front-of-house materials. Address basic guest concerns professionally and refer complex issues to management. Follow restaurant service, sanitation, and safety procedures. Qualifications Previous experience in restaurant, hospitality, or customer service is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, professional, and service-oriented attitude. Ability to remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
