Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a positive first impression and guiding them through check-in procedures using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms Manage front desk operations efficiently, including handling multi-line phone systems and guest inquiries with professionalism and courtesy Assist guests with reservations, modifications, cancellations, and special requests using hospitality reservation systems Provide exceptional guest services by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring guest satisfaction through personalized attention Support hotel management in emergency procedures and safety protocols to maintain a secure environment for all visitors and staff Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest needs swiftly and effectively Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, check-ins/outs, and incident reports to ensure seamless operations Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk roles within hotels or resorts is highly preferred Strong customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving and client communication Multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse guest populations Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or similar platforms used in hotel management Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols to handle unexpected situations confidently Excellent phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems to communicate clearly and efficiently Previous resort experience or hotel experience is beneficial but not mandatory; a passion for hospitality is essential Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as part of the part-time schedule Join us in creating welcoming environments where every guest feels at home! $13.25 - $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 30.0 per week
